É certificada em estudos de futuros pela New School, de Nova Iorque, nos EUA, e atua como consultora de transformação digital. Tem 19 anos de experiência na indústria digital.

Com formação acadêmica em Engenharia Eletrônica pelo Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1996), e bacharel em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito do Largo do São Francisco - USP, Willian Gomes possui mais de 27 anos de experiência em diversos segmentos da engenharia, direito e gestão pública.
Atualmente, ocupa o cargo de Gestor de Segurança da Informação no Ministério da Defesa, onde atua na designação de agentes responsáveis; coordenação de processos; controle da gestão de riscos; interação entre as equipes; entre outras atividades. Além disso, possui diversas certificações com cursos e estágios internacionais.
