Anwar es abogado, psicólogo y conferencista internacional con 15 años de experiencia en el mundo corporativo. Actualmente es consultor de empresas nacionales y extranjeras, así como desarrollador del primer programa para atender el burnout con elementos policiales, en la Comisaría del Ayuntamiento de Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco. Co-creador de la primera certificación a nivel distintivo para empresas que cuidan emocionalmente a sus colaboradores (distintivo Empresas Empoderadas Emocionalmente, avalado por la prestigiada Casa Certificadora Global Standards).
Miembro activo de la Cámara de Comercio de Guadalajara, participando en la Sección Especializada de Consultoría y Capacitación. Miembro activo de ARIOAC (Asociación de Recursos Humanos de Occidente A.C.) participando en el Comité de Capacitación a empresas, dando conferencias sobre salud mental y emocional.
En el ámbito de divulgación, participa actualmente en dos programas de radio en Zona 3 91.5 FM y uno en Radio Mujer 92.7 FM, abordando temas relacionados con la salud emocional en el entorno laboral.
Además, es creador de la metodología terapéutica “Cómo salir de la Jaula”, enfocada en la responsabilidad emocional, el manejo de ansiedad y depresión, y el acompañamiento de personas que atraviesan crisis derivadas de la dependencia emocional.
