Autor dos livros "Meus Robôs – Novas Relações Estabelecidas entre Humanos, Robôs e IAs" e "Liderança Algorítmica – Como Usar IA para Ser um Líder de Alta Performance", atua como professor de graduação e pós-graduação na PUC-Rio e na PUC Minas. Ao longo da carreira, passou por empresas de grande porte dos segmentos de telecomunicações, siderurgia e mineração e, atualmente, é CIO da Transpetro – Petrobras Transporte S.A., onde atua no setor de transporte e logística de combustíveis.
É formada em Engenharia Eletrônica pela UFRJ, com MBA em Gestão Empresarial pela FDC e MBA em Serviços de Telecomunicação pela UFF. Também possui formação em Liderança Transformacional pelo MIT, Liderança de Impacto pelo IMD e como Conselheira pela Board Academy.
