Gaziri é um dos pensadores mais provocativos da geração atual, tratando de variados assuntos do meio corporativo e do cotidiano com uma abordagem 100% baseada em comprovações científicas. Elogiado por dezenas de cientistas de instituições como Harvard, Yale, Stanford e Wharton, também foi destaque em veículos como Exame, Veja, Estadão, Globo, Band e CBN. Luiz é autor de três livros e também atua como consultor, palestrante e professor de pós-graduação na FAE Business School, PUCPR e ISAE/FGV.
João Martins

Após estudar e trabalhar com eletrônica, se interessou por programação. Em 2002 fez diversos cursos isolados de programação na Especializa Treinamento, vindo em seguida, a ministrar aulas e trabalhar na fábrica de software. [p/]
Em 2005, formou-se em desenvolvimento de software pela UNIBRATEC, 2008, trabalhou na fábrica de software Apply Solution atuando com desenvolvimento de aplicações Web. Nesse mesmo período participou ativamente na comunidade PHP. [p/]
No ano de 2010, ingressou na UNICAP no curso de Ciência da Computação. Foi contratado pela Nagem Informática e um ano depois, para participação no projeto de e-commerce e migração de sistemas internos Desktop para Web. [p/]
Dois anos depois, já em 2012, trabalhou na Stefanini no projeto da Orbitall liderando a equipe de processamento de cartão de crédito do Banco Gerador. Em 2014, trabalhou na Accenture com gerenciamento de equipes em grandes clientes como: TIM, Gerdau, Porto Seguro e White Martins. [p/]
Em 2016, atuou como Consultor na implantação do projeto de Vistoria Eletrônica do Detran-PE, pela Taurus Tech. No mesmo ano, ingressou no Mestrado em Engenharia de Software no CESAR e abriu sua Soft house, a Catarandá Consultoria no Porto Digital, prestando serviços de consultorias para empresas locais. [p/]
Já em 2020, retomou a lecionar na UNINASSAU nos cursos de ciência e engenharia da computação. Em 2021, foi convidado pela UFRPE para iniciar o Doutorado em Computação. No mesmo período, recebeu convite para assumir a gerência de informática e inovação do Detran-PE. [p/]
Atualmente é aluno do MBA de Gestão Pública da UPE, um evangelista do Software Livre e apaixonado por Engenharia de Software. [p/]
