Gerente Comercial e investigadora jefe en Ética y Desarrollo de IA y Web 3.0 en el Instituto Inutech de Brasilia. Anna Flávia es también filósofa e investigadora en Mecanismos de Inteligencia, Creatividad e Innovación Aplicada. Ejecutiva de TI con 21 años de experiencia en multinacionales de tecnología, es conferencista empresarial sobre innovación disruptiva y docente de temas contemporáneos. Además de sus logros académicos y profesionales, fundó “Tribo Polimata” y la plataforma “Escale Sua Mente” para promover las inteligencias múltiples y el liderazgo posdigital.

Ingeniero en Sistemas de Información egresado de la UTN-FRBA, con posgrado en Dirección de Empresas. Desde 2013, es Vicedecano de la UTN-FRBA y desde 2009, Director del Departamento de Ingeniería en Sistemas de Información.
Es Vicepresidente del Consejo Profesional en Ciencias Informáticas de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires desde 2011. Además, es miembro del Comité Académico de la Maestría en Ciberdefensa de la UNDEF desde 2021 y Secretario de Vinculación Tecnológica en REDUNCI desde 2024. Con más de 33 años de experiencia docente, ha sido profesor en diversas instituciones y ha desempeñado roles clave en la UTN. Ha trabajado como consultor y redactor técnico, y ha ocupado cargos importantes en el sector informático, incluyendo el de Subdirector del Centro de Información y Difusión en la Fundación Interamericana.
