O 4CSO Brasil 2021 é um evento voltado a líderes de segurança da informação de diversas empresas nacionais. O tema que centralizará as discussões do encontro será: "Segurança, Cultura e Engajamento".Executivos poderão se reunir presencialmente em uma tarde repleta de conteúdo e integração. O objetivo do 4CSO Brasil é debater sobre um assunto que permanece no topo das listas de preocupações: a segurança da informação.

Segurança e proteção de dados pessoais como janela de oportunidade

Doutorando em Direito Comercial e Mestre em Direito Civil na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo. Foi study visitor do European Data Protection Board/EDPB e do Departamento de Proteção de Dados Pessoais do Conselho da Europa.

Além disso, foi pesquisador visitante no Centro de Pesquisa de Direito,Tecnologia e Sociedade da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Ottawa e assessor jurídico e de relações governamentais do Comitê Gestor da Internet no Brasil/CGI.br e do Núcleo de Informação e Coordenação do Ponto BR/NIC.br.

É pesquisador da Rede Latino-Americana de Estudos sobre Vigilância, Tecnologia e Sociedade/LAVITS e Fundador do Data Privacy Brasil. Atualmente, é consultor jurídico na área de regulação e tecnologia com ênfase em privacidade e proteção de dados.

É mestrando em Direito dos Negócios pela FGV Law. Tem especialização em Direito Empresarial pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie e em Direito Processual Civil pela Pontífica Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
Atua como membro do Comitê Especial de Privacidade e Proteção de Dados da OAB/SP, do Young International Council for Commercia l Arbitration, do Young Arbitrators Forum e do International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
